MAKE IT A LIFESTYLE

💜 Heart Angels 💜

Being a Heart Angel means being kind, helpful, and loving, just like when you share your toys, say kind words, or listen to a friend. Every time you make a good choice, you are showing the heart of an Angel.

It’s similar to how community support programs help others by providing assistance and love. You don’t need wings to be one; it’s all about having a caring heart! Ask yourself each day - “Did I have the heart of an Angel today?” Maybe you helped mom with the dishes or participated in food assistance programs to support those in need.

That’s being a Heart Angel, and every little act contributes to success stories in our community!

Definition of a Peace Break as a moment of silence and pause for oneself.

A Peace Break is a little pause when you need to calm down, rest, or just feel better. If you’re upset, tired, or your brain feels busy, you can say, “I need a Peace Break.” These moments can be especially important in the context of community support programs, where individuals often face stress and challenges.

A Peace Break can be:
- Sitting quietly for 2 minutes.
- Coloring, drawing, or reading.
- Closing your eyes and taking 3 big breaths.
- Playing outside or hugging your pet.

Just as food assistance programs aim to nourish the body, Peace Breaks help your mind feel strong, just like exercise makes your body strong. Many success stories highlight how taking a moment for yourself can lead to better mental clarity and overall well-being.
